The agent is to be used for protecting different electric and electronic systems from the excessive moisture and water. The Agent has the properties of the water substitution, moisture isolation, electricity isolation, lubrication, corrosion preventing, it differs from the analogues by the excellent key properties, which allow one use it in some other spheres as well - as a conservative agent for the metal surfaces, which are not protected by any other methods; as a lubricant of wide application, which is possible to be used in the conditions of the extra low (down to - 70 °C) and extra high (up to + 250 °C) temperatures.

The scientific problem of creating such an agent is due to correct choosing and synthesizing of the components, which would provide the high adhesion of the agent to the below base cover, made of different materials, and form the firm and flexible film with the given properties. Besides, it's essential to make the composition of the components for different modifications of the agent for solving the special problems with the extensive effectiveness, for example in the field of electricity isolation, even at the expense of the lubrication properties.

The R&D was conducted in the spheres of different organic and metal organic polymers in cooperation with the Chair of Physics Chemistry of the Moscow Academy of the Fine Chemical Technology named after M.V.Lomonosov.

The special attention was paid to the technology of the process of treating the base cover, so that the agent could be easily spread over the surface of any shape.

The Agent is forming the film, which is thanks to its durability, elasticity and fluidity is able to reach any smallest cavity.

The agent is a product packed in the aerosol cans of different capacity mixed with the composition of silicone-organic polymers, cleaned aliphatic and nafthenethic hydro-carbons, antioxidants, anti-corrosion additives. As the propellent we are using the not dangerous to the ozone layer mix of propane-butane and tetra-methyl silan.

The agent is characterized by the extra high adhesion to the metal surfaces and at the same time by the extensive dielectric penetration. It has the unique electricity isolation properties, which provide the preservation and even restoration of the electrical conductance of the electrical and electronic devices after they have been exposed to moisture

Therefore the agent can be used even in the case when the electrical contacts to be protected are already wet. In several minutes after the dispersion of the agent the contacts restore their basic properties.

When the agent is spread over the metallic surface it forms the film which is not only substituting and repelling water, acting as an isolator, but is also a wonderful lubricant for the interacting details, locks, door hinges, bearings etc.

The agent is dissoluble in water. Due to this reason and also along with the durability of the product to the widely used surface-active agents, our product gives the warranty for the reliable and longstanding protection from moisture. This property allows one use the agent as a means of protecting the metal surfaces from rust. The steam, the water condensate, the water sparks, rain, mist, dew and other conditions of water are isolated by the agent, preventing the metal from corrosion.

The film which is made by the agent on the surface of the objects is durable to the air oxygen and ultraviolet and preserves it water repelling properties for a long period of time. That's why the agent can be used as a conserving agent for preserving the metallic constructions in the open ware houses and in the conditions of the excessive moisture.
